Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services and products provided by Train.Move.Motivate. ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or utilizing any of our services or digital products, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Packages

A. Session Pricing: We offer the following pricing options for individual sessions:

  • First Session Free: The first session is complimentary for new clients.

  • Single Session: $125 per session.

  • 10-Session Package: $1,150

B. Membership Options (Group Classes): Our membership options are designed to accommodate varying levels of participation. The following memberships are available:

  • 1x per week: $150/month

  • 2x per week: $300/month

  • 3x per week: $450/month

C. Digital Programs and Coaching Packages We also offer online programs and coaching packages:

  • 21-Day Reset Digital Program Only: $67 (non-refundable)

  • Program + Weekly Coaching (3 sessions): $427

  • Program + Bi-Weekly Coaching (6 sessions): $727

  • Program + VIP Coaching (9 sessions): $967

Each coaching tier includes one-on-one Zoom sessions with a certified coach (on site if you are based in Miami area). Sessions must be used within 6 weeks of purchase.

D. Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, at our sole discretion. However, clients who have already purchased a package or membership will not be subject to a price change until the next billing cycle or class package is purchased.

Payment Terms

  • All sessions and programs must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Membership subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and automatically renew unless canceled.

  • Coaching packages and digital downloads are paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • There are no partial refunds for unused sessions unless otherwise stated.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling

A. Session Cancellations by Client

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a fee.

  • If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged.

B. Session Cancellations by Train.Move.Motivate.

  • If a session is canceled by us due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or emergencies, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

    Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Sessions canceled due to weather will not be charged.

  • If weather disrupts a session in progress, clients will receive a credit or reschedule at no extra cost.

    Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

  • Clients participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical activity.

  • Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program.

  • By agreeing to these terms, clients release Train.Move.Motivate and its coaches from any liability.

    Client Conduct

  • Respectful and safe behavior is required during all sessions.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services with any client who engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

    Changes to Services and Pricing

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

  • Pricing updates will be communicated in advance when possible.

    Termination and Suspension

  • Clients may cancel memberships at any time, with cancellations effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment or violations of these terms.

    Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Client information is confidential and only shared when legally required or for essential business functions.

  • Clients may request access to or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

    Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

  • If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Florida law.

    Refund Policy

A. Digital Products

  • All sales of digital programs (such as the 21-Day Reset) and eBooks are final and non-refundable.

B. Coaching Packages

  • If no coaching sessions have been used, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, minus the $67 digital program value.

  • Once sessions begin, coaching packages are non-refundable.

C. Custom Services and Personal Training

  • One-on-one coaching and training services are non-refundable once sessions begin.

  • In the event Train.Move.Motivate cancels a session, clients may receive a refund or credit.
