But one day, after a long talk in the gym's parking lot, we decided that instead of focusing on losing 20 pounds, she would focus on one habit—walking for 20 minutes every morning on the treadmill.

She started prioritizing her meals and drinking more water and eventually began training with me four days a week. Fast-forward six months, and Melissa's transformation wasn't just physical.
